At Basilicsara, we aim to deliver your stunning Batik designs with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy for information on how we handle deliveries.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of high demand or unforeseen delays, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges: New Zealand $10 flat rate shipping.

All orders over $300 within New Zealand are shipped free of charge.

Delivery Estimates

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our fabrics, processing may take 1-2 weeks. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 weeks. For rural areas in New Zealand, delivery may take an additional 1-2 weeks, resulting in a total timeframe of 4-5 weeks.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. International shipping rates will be calculated based on the destination. Additional customs or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@basilicsara.co.nz for further assistance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Basilicsara is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@basilicsara.co.nz for support. We will assist in tracking the package or issuing a replacement if necessary.
